EVS Metal’s Riverdale, New Jersey facility is one of four locations in EVS’s contract manufacturing and fabrication network — serving OEM production programs across the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and beyond. With 71,000 square feet of climate-controlled manufacturing space 30 miles northwest of New York City, this facility supports high-volume, dock-to-stock programs for manufacturers who need a precision sheet metal partner built for scale.
The Riverdale facility is EVS Metal’s precision sheet metal fabrication headquarters, purpose-built for OEM contract manufacturing at scale. EVS’s primary focus is on sustained production programs — companies that need a partner capable of handling high mix, high volume, and complex assemblies with the quality systems and supply chain infrastructure to support consistent, long-term delivery. EVS New Jersey is ISO 9001:2015 certified and UL 508A listed, operating within a quality management system designed for the demands of repeatable, high-volume manufacturing.
The facility operates a full suite of advanced fabrication equipment, including fiber optic cutting lasers, automated CNC punching, and robotic bending technology — a level of automation that supports the throughput and consistency that OEM production programs demand. In-house capabilities also include certified welding (MIG, TIG, and robotic), hardware insertion, and a fully automated powder coating line, giving EVS complete process control from raw material to finished assembly. An owned fleet of delivery vehicles supports scheduled, dock-to-stock deliveries directly to OEM production lines within 300 miles of the facility.
When a new program starts at EVS Riverdale, it goes through a structured onboarding process — DFM review, first article inspection, and production routing — before recurring orders are run. This upfront process is what allows EVS to hold tolerances and hit delivery windows on a sustained basis. Programs are assigned a dedicated account team, and quality data is tracked at every production stage through EVS’s ISO-compliant quality system.
