MANAGEMENT TEAM

Bob brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to EVS Metal and was instrumental in the establishment of our Austin metal fab facility, which serves all major metropolitan areas of Texas, including Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Prior to EVS, Bob was Operations Manager of the Tenere Corporation’s Texas location, and before that, Fabrication Supervisor at C&D Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University and an associate’s degree in machine technology from Thaddeus Stevens. Bob is APICS CPIM certified. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Pflugerville, where he received the Paul Harris award in 2012, and served on the board of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce from 2009-12 where EVS received the Business of the Year award in 2012.

Keith brings over 35 years of manufacturing experience to EVS Metal’s New Hampshire metal fab facility. Prior to joining the company, Keith was the operations manager for Doncasters Precision Castings of New England, providing precision metal products for the aerospace and energy sectors. He also held the role of plant manager for Hitchiner MFG, providing superalloy metal products for the automotive, aerospace and energy industries. Keith was instrumental in the design, build and expansion of several manufacturing facilities across the US and Mexico, utilizing lean concepts and process control to maximize productivity and quality. He has also worked with technical schools to modify curriculums to meet the needs of manufacturers in the area, ensuring that students were career ready upon graduation. His interest in technical training and education eventually lead to his sponsorship of several internship programs from local engineering colleges.

Conner Evans brings invaluable human resources experience to EVS Metal. Prior to joining our team, Conner spent three years at Becker Wright Consultants, where he specialized in manufacturing recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, he successfully managed various responsibilities, including creating recruiting analytics, handling payroll and onboarding processes, and providing essential support to the recruiting team.

In his current position at EVS Metal, Conner Evans plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. He oversees key areas such as planning, recruitment and talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, organizational design, compensation, benefits, and operations. Additionally, Conner ensures strict compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws.

Conner is a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He further pursued his education at St. Edward’s University, obtaining an MBA.

Brent has nearly 30 years of experience working in various areas of sheet metal fabrication sales and marketing. He began his career with Pilot Technologies, eventually moving to Flextronics International, before starting in his current role with EVS Metal in 2003. Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in Design Technology and Engineering from Kean University and a graduate certificate in project management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Dave has worked in the metal fabrication industry for nearly 30 years, 18 of which have been spent in sales. The last 15 have been with EVS Metal as an essential member of our sales team covering the Southwest. He is an avid runner and swimmer, and enjoys fishing and playing softball in his downtime.

John’s sheet metal experience spans more than 45 years. He has worked in almost every department, from production and press-braking to engineering and quality control, before later taking on roles in sales and estimating. His 19 years of career experience in metal fabrication has given him the insight to be highly effective, with a keen understanding of customers’ needs when handling projects of all sizes.
