From there, Joe and his team grew the company from a single 5,000 square foot facility in Riverdale, New Jersey, to what is now over 196,000 square feet of metal fabrication and manufacturing space spanning four states.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a business minor from William Paterson University. A firm believer in giving back to his community, he is actively involved with St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation as a member of their Board of Trustees.
Vice President of Operations
Bob brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to EVS Metal and was instrumental in the establishment of our Austin facility, which serves all major metropolitan areas of Texas, including Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio.

Prior to his time at EVS, Bob was Operations Manager of the Tenere Corporations Texas facility and Fabrication Supervisor at C&D Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University and an associate’s degree in machine technology from Thaddeus Stevens. Bob is APICS CPIM certified. He is a past president of the Pflugerville Rotary Club, where he received the Paul Harris award in 2012, and served on the board of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce from 2009-12, where EVS Metal received the Business of the Year award in 2012.

A Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2002 gave him the tools to manage complex programs including those involving root cause analysis, FMEA, process mapping and capability, as well as tolerance stacking. Dipak is tasked with leading customer communications with regard to all quality-related issues and their resolution and implementing all quality planning activities, including quality management systems for the entire organization. He is a member of the new product introduction team and an EVS Metal management representative for the ISO certification program.

Keith brings over 35 years of manufacturing experience to EVS Metal’s NH facility. Prior to joining EVS, Keith was the operations manager for Doncasters Precision Castings of New England, providing precision metal

products for the aerospace and energy sectors. He also held the role of plant manager for Hitchiner MFG, providing superalloy metal products for the automotive, aerospace and energy industries.
Keith was instrumental in the design, build and expansion of several manufacturing facilities across the US and Mexico, utilizing lean concepts and process control to maximize productivity and quality. He has also worked with technical schools to modify curriculums to meet the needs of manufacturers in the area, ensuring that students were career ready upon graduation. His interest in technical training and education eventually lead to his sponsorship of several internship programs from local engineering colleges.

In his current position at EVS Metal, Conner Evans plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. He oversees key areas such as planning, recruitment and talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, organizational design, compensation, benefits, and operations. Additionally, Conner ensures strict compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws.
Conner is a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He further pursued his education at St. Edward’s University, obtaining an MBA.
